One of which is being a charismatic leader. There are a lot of activities a college student may engage into for him or her to become a charismatics leader. One of which is through engaging in extracurricular activities such as first, becoming a member of an organization. He or She can join different student organizations like program councils, program societies, clubs or even the supreme student council of their university. Oke, I think both of them are very important and reciprocal, why? if we only aim to finish the job without thinking about the team's feelings it would harm the company, and vice verse if we just think the team feelings without completing the work of the company, our company will not succeed. Team feelings are essential to uniting teams and advancing the company, being open to one another and solving company or personal problems together, but completing the job is also very important, because inside the company will always increase our task, and if we do not finish it, the tasks will continue to accumulate and will harm the company and ourselves. This morning I was holding my phone and suddenly there was notification about Anies Inauguration became the governor of DKI Jakarta:  Monday (10/16/2017) Anies inaugurated becoming governor of DKI Jakarta, He Told so many things about the history that Jakarta had , He mention the word of "PRIBUMI" in His speech which makes media in a mess for what He meant.
